Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

• 50% deposit is required within 48hours of booking to secure your booking

General Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation less that 7 days before arrival forfeits 100% of total accommodation cost
• Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before arrival forfeits 50% of total accommodation cost
• Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival gets a full refund

Mid December – Mid January cancellation policy:

• December bookings need to be settled in full 30 days before arrival
• Cancellation less than 60 days before arrival forfeits 50% of total accommodation cost
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival forfeits 100% of total accommodation cost

Conditions:

• Rates are subject to change at the management's discretion.
• To secure your reservation we require a 50% deposit within 48 hours of booking, via EFT or Credit Card
• Children welcome in all our Self-catering units; children welcome in our B&B rooms by arrangement. Some rooms can't accommodate a cot or fold-out mattress bed.
• Our rooms are all non-smoking rooms, you are welcome to smoke outside or on the decks.
• We regret no pets are allowed.
• Pool towels are supplied at the pool; or bring your own.
• No Rage Matrics/Students accepted as we are a 15 minute drive into town. The organisers are welcome.
• IMPORTANT NOTICE: No more than the allowable number of people per unit will be allowed to occupy any specific unit. Should you arrive with more people than you booked for, the extra people will have to book alternative/extra accommodation.
• All bookings are subject to our standard Liability Disclaimer.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

• Check in is between 14h00 & 19h00, or by prior arrangement.
• Check out is by 10h30 AM.
